Even though there are design systems for ubiquitous network, it is hard to find the system which gives optimal solutions for RFID reader arrangement. In this study a new designing system is proposed to give an optimal solution for RFID reader arrangement with CAD data interfaces. Optimal engine is designed by the evolutionary techniques which consider real RF characteristics of RFID readers and tags. Also, experimental procedures are introduced to obtain real RF characteristics in this study. The experimental studies for the proposed system shows 97.19% optimal approaching performance and its processing speed measures 28.34 minutes for 10,000 by 10,000 data points.
