Based on the exploration of transport management under area cutting quota,IC card technology was introduced to simplify the management process,fight against all kinds of forged single code of conduct,so as to establish a comprehensive IC card forestry management system,achieve electronic and digital managemet and strengthen the security of the data flow,making management more efficient,tight.
