Natural density of integral matrices that can be extended to invertible integral matrices

In this paper, we compute the natural density of the integral matrices that can be extend to an invertible integral matrix, where are positive integers. This is a generalization of the classical results of Dirichlet, Nymann and the recent result of Maze et al.
