Every once in a while in this column I like to get meta. In the past we have talked about ways to become better programmers. We've looked at tools and methodologies like test-first programming which force to you into a working style that produces better programs. For this column, I'd like to share three tools that can help you become a better, or at least a more efficient, Perl programmer in particular. So, perhaps thos month, we'll go half-meta.
