Fixed major bug where svd of a complex ITensor with a negative scale could fail because the sign of the scale was only being included in the real part of the result. Thanks to Benoit Vermersch for catching this bug. Introduced fabs(LogNumber) function. Some tweaks to how Index, IndexSet, and ITensor are printed.
