Design and Analysis of Multi Input Logic Gates Based on Quantum Dot Cellular Automata

Quantum Dot cellular Automata is quite promising alternative to CMOS devices that performs its operation using electronic charge of a cell. The circuit based on Quantum dot automata has various advantage like very high speed, low power consumption, high integrity and high parallel processing. In this paper we focused on designing of logic gates which are based on quantum dot cellular automata. We present basic of quantum cellular dot automata logic system/devices such as QCA invertor, QCA wire and QCA majority gate. In this paper we implement four input AND gate and four input OR gate which are basic building blocks of logic circuits with the help of five input logic gate.
