A modified left-to-right radix-r representation

This research presents a left to right (from the most significant bit to the less significant one) transformation of integers in order to address the problem of finding a minimum hamming weight. This feature reduces space complexity and time complexity simultaneously, so it has several applications in fast arithmetic.
