THERMISTORS FOR TIME LAG AUXILIARY RELAYS
Fredrik Gustafsson · OSTI OAI (U.S. Department of Energy Office of Scientific and Technical Information) · 1958
The thermistor constitutes a simple and inexpensive means of delaying the pick-up of an auxiliary relay in those cases which do not call for great accuracy or for independence of variations in voltage and temperature. It requires little space, it can often be mounted directly on the relay terminal, it is suitable for use with both alternating and direct current, and it is easily fitted to relays which are already in use.
