In this paper, we consider a wireless cooperative relaying network composed of multiple sources and single destination, in which each source can be a relay to cooperative with the other sources. We present a queue based cooperative relaying protocol to minimize outage probabilities and enhance the fairness in radio resource managements. In TDMA systems, each time slot is assigned to a source which has the best instantaneous channel condition to destination. The assigned source in each time slot divides time slot into multiple sub-time slots for its own data transmission and other sources’ queued data relaying. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can obtain remarkable outage performance gain and reduce the unfairness in asymmetric channels.
