The maritime Safety Committee(MSC) at its 85s1. session decided to accept recommendation of NA V54th committee, activate e-Navigation in 2012. E-navigation has include fully integrated electronics system for the marine safety technology. Rea-time current monitoring system is important for decision a large ship mooring and navigation. In this paper method to increase reliability of current measured data for a stationary buoy of ocean environment monitoring is proposed and measurement system hardware, software and experiment device developed and ascertain developed system usability and effectiveness.
