Forecasting Methods Based on Time Series for Sales of Antiulcer Drugs

The aim of this article is to present a few methods about the forecasting process using time series. The application was made on the sales of antiulcer drugs, ranitidine and omeprazol, using the monthly past values of the sales. The best method used in forecasting of the sales is ARIMA models.
