Cipher text based encryption is a cryptographic approach which is effective for handling the issues of access control. Execution of cipher text based encryption is a difficult issue in decentralized disruption tolerant networks relating to attribute revocation. We introduce a secure method of data retrieval by means of cipher text based encryption for decentralized networks in which several key authorities will handle attributes. Problem of key escrow is resolved so that data privacy is assured even in hostile situation in which key authorities will be compromised. Two party computations will prevent key authorities of each other so that none may make total set of user keys. Accordingly users are not essential to totally believe authorities to protect their data to be united.
