We present a watermarking scheme to guarantee a buyer’s anonymity in the e-commerce and to overcome the potential estimation attack by malicious contents users. Proposed scheme is based on homomorphic encryption and CDW(content-dependent watermark). Therefore, this scheme is possible to combine digital contents and robust watermarks against collusion attacks in the buyer-seller watermarking protocol that is designed for the guarantee of buyers’ anonymity. Accordingly, it has also been used for the application of copyright protection in non-DRM(digital right management) market environment. The reason is that this scheme is able to avoid problem of existing DRM such as compatibility limitation among contents players due to charging and accounting in the e-commerce. In the experimental results, we confirmed that proposed scheme is robust against collusion and other signal processing attacks, such as JPEG compression.
