A New Upper Bound For Moduli Of Eigenvalues Of Iterative Matrices

In this paper, we present a new upper bound for the spectral radius of iterative matrices based on the concept of doubly diagonal dominance, which improved the result of paper [1]. As its applications, for example, we apply it to the AOR and MSOR iterative matrices.
