The Semantics Web Services Challenge is a unique initiative among such academic and industrial tests. It is not a contest with winners but rather a certification process that evaluates certain technologies against problems with both an objective evaluation and a consensus judgment. This report consists of the proceedings of the two workshops held in 2008.
