NSC 2010 focuses on the areas of network and service computing. NSC 2010 intends to foster the dissemination of state-of-the-art research in the areas of network and service computing. Also, it offers an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in these areas. The ENC 2010 workshop is aimed at providing an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to exchange new ideas, technologies, and experience in the fields of engineering and numerical computation. The workshops were selected by considering the quality of the proposal, its relevance to the scope of PDCAT 2010, and the overall evaluation of the organizers. We sincerely appreciate the hard work of the workshop organizers in designing the call for papers, assembling the program committees, managing the peer review process for the selection of papers, and planning the workshop programs.
