Inthispaperwe analyzed the mismatch characteristics ofpolyresistors. We foundthattheP+ polyresistor mismatch characteristics donotfollow thelinear inverse square rootdependence. Instead, theP+poly resistor mismatchfollows thequadratic of inverse square root(orasimple inverse area) dependence. N+ polyresistor mismatch, howeverdoesobeytheexpected standard inverse square rootdependence.
