Today,therequirement forwireless communication environments inindustry isbecoming a crucial issue intheindustrial process. Inthispaper, aPC- basedvirtual instrument (VI)to carryouta remote monitoring andcontrol foraprecise riveting system viathe Wireless Internet hasbeendeveloped. A goodperformance wasverified bythereal-time implementation results, andan illustrative demonstration waspresented aswell.
