Ontology mappingisa critical problemfor integrating theheterogeneous information sources. Itcan identify theelements corresponding toeachother. Atpresent, there aremanyontology mapping algorithms, butmostofthem arebasedondatabase schema. Afteranalyzing thesimilarity anddifference ofontology andschema, wepropose aparsing graph-based algorithm forontology mapping. Theontology parsing graph(OP-graph) extends thegeneral concept ofgraph andencodes logic relationship andsemantic information which theontology contains into vertices andedges ofthegraph. Thus, theproblem ofontology mapping istranslated into aproblem of finding theoptimal matchbetween twoOP-graphs. Theresults ofexperiments showthatouralgorithm ispromising.
