Multinational Mood Detection Based on Tweets in English and Spanish

paper describes the final project from the course 02817 - Personalization and Metadata Models, at Technical University of Denmark. The project investigates a method for detecting the mood each country has towards the rest of the world. This is done by extracting tweets that mention at least a country's name and then analyzing the tweets using sentiment analysis in Spanish and English. Additionally, image analysis is used to visualize the results on a world map.
