Gnowsis Semantic Desktop ISWC2004 Demo
Leo Sauermann · 2004
We present our vision of a Semantic Web enhanced desktop environment, the Semantic Desktop. Existing desktop resources like MSOutlook contacts or Mozilla bookmarks are treated as Semantic Web Resources. The Gnowsis system is our open source project that implements this vision. It is released in September 2004 as alpha version – to be used and extended by Semantic Web developers.
