Non-repudiation meansthatapersonisunableto denyacertain action thathehasdoneunderanycircumstances. Thereareseveral mechanisms, standards andprotocols toachieve non-repudiation intechno-information environment. However efficiency innon-repudiation inlegal framework wasnotconsid- erably addressed within thecontext ofthosemechanisms. Lack ofefficient non-repudiation inthelegal framework fortechno- information environment makeslegal issues whenevidence is generated maintained. Itcanbederived thattraditional non-repudiation mechanism delivers efficient non-repudiation. Efficient non-repudiation in techno-information environment isachieved bymappingtra- ditional non-repudiation. Evaluation methodology forefficiency ofnon-repudiation mechanisms hasbeenimproved during this work.Further mostsignificant finding ofthisresearch isthe Efficient Non-Repudiation Protocol.
