The Value of the Quality Gateway

Over the last nine years, requirements management in the HP OpenView Operations for Windows RD this is called the quality gateway. Clear definitions of ownership over the whole life cycle of a requirement create accountability and enable the various stakeholders in the organization to track what is being done, who is working on it, and what the status is.
