NOVEL TUNABLE GaAs MESFET OTA-C INTEGRATORS SUITABLE FOR HIGH PRECEION FILTERING APPLICATIONS

This paper describes novel single-ended and fully balanced differential input OTA-C integrators with independent control of transconductance (Gm) and output conductance (Go). Since a second order section with separate control of centre frequency and Q can be constructed using just two such units, the circuit lends itself particularly to precision filtering applications.
