Thetemperatureinfluence (especially their irregular distribution inthedigital chip structure) on proper operation ofthemicroprocessor systemhasbeenpresented inthe paper.Asthe results ofnon-uniform heating ofsilicon structure theincorrect operation ofselectedfunctional blocks ofsingle chip microprocessor can beobserved. Especially, thecircuits which operation isindependent on global clock ofthewholelogic structure are endangered on suchphenomena. Thegoodexample can beblock whichcontrols thecorrectness ofprogram running - itsoperation isdependent on correctworking ofindependent internal generator. Inreality (especially where temperature changes are sudden - e.g.turnon ofmicroprocessor system) thesystemsoftemperature correction doesnot operateproperly andwatching timeischanged Asresult theincorrect clearing signal can be generated.
