Environmental Data Monitoring Using Wireless Sensor Network and Transmission of Data Via Internet

The objective of this paper is to effective monitor ing of environment by using Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) and the collection of data will be transmitte d through the server through Internet. Before that it was done manually which is not accurate and also the immedi ate updation of information is not so easy. In our proposed system by using wireless sensor network data gather ing is easy since WSN technology is used. By incorp orating various sensors for sensing different parameters an d by placing those sensors at different locations t his can be achieved .Two major sensors such as river flood det ection sensor for monitoring of water level variati on in rivers and UV-ray detection sensor for the radiation measu rement of the field. The detected level of variatio n will be processed and transfer through server. Both the sen sor measures the level of variation and if it excee ds the threshold level the information will be transfer through inte rnet as well as alert through mobile and also gives alarm to the nearby field areas. It may provide good security fo r all the living being during the period of disaste r.
