A general n-order T-network model of seal impedance is given . For frequency f 400Mohm)should be l/f n oise ,but NOT Johnson noise.lith the 2-order model the experiment data of seal noise can be explained I which otherwise cannot be explained by Johnson noise . The pipette capacitance formulas for both coated and un-coated piplettes arising from bath and pipette interior below the bath surface a re given.At certain ratio of capillary external and inner diameters,we find that the capacitance are not related with the pipette tip diameter and the capillary diameter.
