Criminalistic approaches do not always correspond to the facts and it leads to degrease of crime detection rate. Thus there is a great necessity to develop a special criminalistic classification of computer cyber crimes which will contribute to the improvement of their investigation process. The issues of struggle against computer crimes are specified by their transboundary nature, therefore, forming and development of computer crime investigation methods shall start with fixing of the universal classification which is conceptually difficult.
