Theevaluation oftheelectrical energy flows isatthe baseofalloperations connected totheelectric energy commercial transactions. Theassessment ofmetrological quality oftheenergy measurement chain, whichis, inthemostgeneral case, constituted byinduction CTsandVTsfurther onanalogical ordigital energy meters, iswell established inideal sinusoidal conditions. Nowadays, withtheincreasing diffusion ofpowerelectronics, thetypical characteristics ofsupply networks arefarfrombeing sinusoidal. In this paper, starting fromthemodels ofthesingle components ofthe measuring chain, whichtakeintoaccount thevariability ofthe accuracy withthefrequency, thewholemodelisdeveloped. Simulation results obtained withreference toa case-study are presented anddiscussed.
