Browsing Images based on Social and Content

We propose an information visualization technique that uses social and content features complementarily and helps users explore for images. Items in the database are laid out on a 2 dimensional map according to content similarity. The social filter dynamically shows relationship between items on the map based on social similarity. We demonstrate an example of visualization applied to our web graphics recommender system.
