Thispaperspecifies considerations ofmulti networkincognitive network. Recently, inaddition tothe cognitive radioconcept, thecognitive networkframework describes a complete networkstructure providing cognitive abilities. Incognitive network, heterogeneous access technologies, multi radios, multi channels, multi interfaces, multi homing, and multistreaming shouldbe practically andefficiently used. Withintheseenvironments, multinetwork should consider the interaction withPHY/MAClayer, network layer, transport layer, andapplication layer. Also, Multinetworkmustsupport the cross-layer mechanismacrossseveral layersand overall end-to-end concept.
