Thispaper examines theissues oftraffic load coverage loss andtraffic loadforeachcell isaveraged. balancing inWideband CodeDivision Multiple Access Theoverall performance ofa cellular network under (WCDMA) mobilecommunication networks through balancing control istobeenhanced interms ofservice applying dynamic radio coverage. Dynamicradio coverage probability (percentage ofusersserved) since eachcell is isachieved byadjusting radiation patterns ofantenna onl arrays andtheoptimization ofcoverage iscarried out ts allocated withthetraffic itcandealwith.
