Inthispapertheconcept ofconstruction and functioning of Web-systems information and computing resources integration andinteraction platform's kernel isoffered, thatcalled toensure forms andfunctions execution according to established scripts ofcomputing processes, andalso thealgorithm oftheadapter functioning, permitting tointegrate adeveloped web-system withexisting program solutions isproposed. I.INTRODUCTION Asthebusiness -priorities arechanging, various companies frequently face thechallenge ofinformation resources (data warehouses, information streams) changing. A critical part of these decisions isintegration oftheinfornation asitenables thecompanies toaddress totheinformation inthedistributed environment. Inoutline thetaskofintegration includes realization ofinteraction between applications (orusers), and maintenance ofthedistributed datashared usagebothin homogeneous, andinheterogeneous environments. Asarule, this task issolved with toilful development ofthespecialized software, called tocarry outconcrete current problems, for example, automatically reformatting documents fromone format toanother andsending overa network. As consequence, suchsoftware isnotflexible, andatthe subsequent changes ofinformation resources candemand significant processing.
