Inorder toclassify andcombthetheories andconcepts which werederived fromorrelated tovalue chain theory, andfurther toexplore thedeveloping status andevolutionary rules ofthese theories inChina, some research workonthevaluechaintheory jungle was presented. Aftergiving thedefinition andcomponent structure ofthis theory jungle, hierarchical models ofthe twomaintheory trees wereputforward. Basedonthe datacollected byutilizing information retrieval platform andsearch engines, contrast analysis onthetheories or concepts ineachtreewas carried outandthe evolutionary rules ofvalue chain theory jungle inChina areeventually acquired. Alltheworkinthis paper can provide anadequate review ofpastworkandserve asa guide tofuture research forthescholars working inthis areaaswell.
