In this paper, we discuss the problem of UI adaptation to the context of use. To address this problem, we propose to mix declarative languages as promoted in Model Driven Engineering (MDE) with a “code-centric” approach where pieces of code are encapsulated as service-oriented components (SOA), all of this within a unified software framework that blurs the distinction
