Manycasualties areproduced byrailway cross accidents every year. Since railway cross currently consists oftraffic light andcrossing gate, there aredifficulties inpreventing the accidents. Tosolve theproblem, thesystem inwhichtrain entering railway cross canestimates inadvance andhandle thesituation is emerging andmanysolution areproposed. However, locomotive engineers control thetrains byowndecision inthecurrent systems. Therefore, accidents generated bylocomotive engineers' error cannot beprevented. Inthis paper, theautocontrol system using OSGiand JESSisproposed. Theproposed autocontrol system immediately deals withinformation ofrailway cross andtrain byusing interactions ofthecontext awareservice components whichareequipped on OSGiplatform asbundles. Also, information management iseasy duetothefunctions ofOSGi.Andstate ofrailway cross isestimated morecorrectly basedoncollected information through JESSrule engine. Iflocomotive engineers determine thesituation late, alarm messageservices areprovided andtrains canbe controlled automatically. By using thissystem, we candealwithurgent situations attherailway cross andprevent railway cross accidents in advance.
