Thispaperpresents a gatedriver, whichhas output voltage withdoublesource voltage. Suchagatedriver canreduce thenumberofvoltage sources required topowera complicated system, suchasa servosystem. And hence, the spacefortheoverall systemcanbedecreased. Thedetailed operating principles areillustrated andsomeexperimental results areprovided toverify theeffectiveness oftheproposed topology. I. INTRODUCTION Forthepowerelectronics circuits tobeconsidered, the analog control chip plays animportant role, iscomposed of peripheral protection circuits andfeedback compensation circuits containing OPs,comparators, etc, andgenerally includes switch drivers. Since theanalog integrated circuit (IC) ismanufactured mainly byhigh-voltage process sothat itcanoperate underhigh-voltage conditions from1OVto 20V.However, since thepowersupply system isgetting moreandmorecomplicated today, including monitor, communications, powermanagement, theanalog control doesnotmeetsuchrequirements. Consequently, thedigital control forthepowersupply based onFPGA,DSP,uPor
