Themainobjective ofthispaperisto determine therequired controlling pulses whichcontrol the charging andthedischarging operations oftheelectrostatic MEMS converter. Theseconverters foundintheenergy scavenging systemforwireless sensornodes. To achieve thisobjective, a SPICEmodelfortheconverter is implemented inordertodescribe itsbehavior.
