To reducethenumberoftraffic accidents near intersections, theNational Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT)iscarrying outresearch anddevelopment intoadriving safety support systemthathas RFIDtechnologies integrated intotheITS.We report onthe security issues involved withtheuseofthesetechnologies and howtheycanbesolved.
