Inthis paperwepresent aCBIRmethod based onfeatures calculated onedges extractedfrom wavelet transformcoefficients produced bytheJPEG2000compressionalgorithm. Wecompare twodifferent feature extraction schemes usedontheedges. Wetest ouralgorithm onthenovel imagedatabase Amsterdam Library ofObject Images, andweproduce anenhanced version ofprecision -recall graphs that better test the robustness ofouralgorithm.
