Recurrent Set and R Stability of Non-wandering Operator

In the paper the stability of non-wandering operator on recurrent set is studied. By using the method of functional analysis, a sufficient condition for being non-wandering opera- tor on recurrent set is given. Meanwhile, it is proved that invertible non-wandering operator on recurrent set is structural stable.
