The SO2 emissions are one of the biggest problems for coal fired thermal power plants. As a result of stringent environmental protection regulations regarding SO2 emissions, SO2 must be removed from flue gases. This paper reveals technical solutions for controlling WFGD installations applied at Rovinari PP.
