Method of Combined Dynamic Modification of Programs and Languages

This work presents innovative method of dynamic modication of program and language for purpose of achievement of new functionality during program run-time. The work further presents adaptive execution environment, which allows reaching of modication of language and program during program execution and presents experimental verication of presented environment. Extensible programming language allows user to dene new language constructs.
