Implementation of Distributed M-Learning Applications Using WF and WCF

The development of distributed elearning and mlearning applications involves several tools and technologies. In order to provide a common way to access the learning services in a dis� tributed environment for both desktop and mobile clients, standardized solutions have to be used. One direction is represented by Web applications. Another direction is given by the Web services. In this paper is presented a solution that involves the use of Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) frameworks to develop distributed elearning applications.
