Arthritis is a disease conditions involving damage to the joints of the body affects the elderly, a few children are also reported with this diseases. More than 70% of individuals are effected by arthritis are over the age of 65 and more common in all races, ethnic groups and cultures indicate the seriousness of disease. In the present study we took HUMAN Receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B protein, the critical role of the RANKL protein arthritis Osteoclast differentiation prompted us to hypothesize that this system may be involved in producing the large OC population typical of GCTBS . So our Aim is to Model or Predict the three Dimensional structure of Human receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B protein by Homology modeling method and also to find better drug molecule by structure based drug designing approach .
