Thispaper presents an algorithm ofminingtheleading usersinthe network andsendsthemtheuser-targeted SMSmessage. First, build theSMSnetwork, anddefine therelations, thenanalyze thenetworkandmining theuserswhohavemoreinfluence. Theexperiment isindicated thatwhilethedecrease ofshort message quantity being abletoreachmuchbetter propagating effect becauseoftheactivity oftheleading usersinthe network.
