This paper uses its concept based on an inspiration from biological systems and incorporates it with a rapidly growing area of artificial intelligence is the existing linkage learning genetic algorithms, specifically applied in a computational model of natural evolution. From the many inventions of natural evolution, the excellent mechanism of Ribonucleic acid interference (RNAi) Induced Complex (RISC) concept can be used in this paper as Induced Silencing operator which when associated with evolutionary algorithms proves its efficiency in solving real NP hard problems. This method is demonstrated on a simple Traveling Sales Person problem to preserve the order of few cities considered as good building blocks in a tour from the disruptions of genetic recombinant operator and proves that the performance of the proposed concept improves the solution obtained when compared to the simple Genetic Algorithms. The study of including Interference Induced as a genetic operator has been illustrated and verified successfully.
