Daniel Ferm · 2005
This document describes how unit testing is performed in the development model eXtreme Programming (XP). Unit testing is the term used for module testing in the XP model. The document describes how unit testing is performed in general in the XP model but also gives an example of a test case and drivers for systems developed in Java. JUnit is a testing tool which is in detail examined in the document. It is written in Java and is used to perform testing of programs written in Java. The tool is most used for unit testing but can also be used for integration testing. Finally, suggestions of how the process can be adjusted to the PUM course are given.
