Designanalysis ofCMOS bandgapvoltage references focusing onhighaccuracy andlowtemperature coefficient methodologies andstructures arediscussed inthis paper.Somewidetemperature rangebandgapvoltage reference circuits areincluded and analysed. Several solutions fortotalbandgapvoltagereference error minimization areproposed. A proposed bandgapvoltage reference withoutput voltage accuracy 1.2V± 0.35%over thetemperature rangeof-40to125°C.
