Computer-aided Drug Discovery and Development (CADD D) is used for virtual screening of various compoun ds to discover a new drug. In this way five novels anti- inflammatory drug are selected by virtual screening and they are only synthesized. Further, these novel NSAIDs are evaluated and found to have comparable anti- inflam matory activity to Ibuprofen.
